The Lifting Corner's owner, Flora, started her personal training business under the name Flora & Fit in 2017 after moving from the Legal industry to fitness.
The Lifting Corner is an accessible and inclusive space for all abilities to engage in weight lifting and more under PT guidance. It also offers a wellness room for practitioners looking for their own rented space, plus is available for PT rental.
Clients are welcome to use the wet room, and have a range of
cardiovascular equipment and free weights (including Olympic barbells and plates) to utilise.
We offer 1-1 Personal Training and Group PT for groups of up to 4 people.
